Oana Mureșan started her journey with Pro Theatre Association as a volunteer, driven by her passion for culture and community work. Now Assistant Manager, she has coordinated logistics for the Curtea Artiștilor Festival, assisted in the development of the Sylvania AIR residency program, and helped implement audience engagement strategies for local theatre productions. With a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills, she contributes to the smooth running of artistic projects and international collaborations.
