Hege Knarvik Sande is CEO of PAHN – Performing Arts Hub Norway, a national competence centre, promoting Norwegian performing arts both nationally and internationally. Sande holds an MA in theatre science and a BA in political science from the University in Oslo. She is experienced in organisational development, and political lobbyism, and has worked as a leader in the Norwegian culture sector for the last decade. POSITION: CEO of PAHN Performing Arts Hub Norway PAHN, a national competence center that promotes performing arts both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on independent performing arts. Performing Arts Hub Norway acts as an advisor on performing arts for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and also manages the Ministry's travel grant system for Norwegian performing artists touring abroad.
