Project manager, organization, external relations. 1994, she attends the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Modern Humanities address. In 2019 she starts working in the permanent staff of Teatro dei Venti as Project Manager with focus on European Projects (AHOS - All Hands On Stage - Theatre as a tool for professionalisation of inmates, Freeway - Free Man Walking- theatre as a tool for detainees' integration, Face to Faith, Kaspar Machine - Awareness raising and participation in the performing arts for social inclusion), as Project Designer, designing and writing ministerial, regional, municipal and foundation projects, and as Festival and Communities based projects organizer.
