Alicia holds degrees in Law and Cultural Management, and has developed her career at the intersection of both fields, with a strong focus on artistic support, cultural production, and institutional collaboration. She has collaborated with TINA Agency, supported projects at Emprendo Danza, and participated in international initiatives within the IETM network. Since 2023, she serves as the managing director of FECED, the State Federation of Associations of Professional Dance Companies in Spain, where she fully dedicates her expertise to strengthening the dance ecosystem nationwide.
