Adelina Deaconu is a legal advisor at the ”Radu Stanca” National Theatre Sibiu, where she manages contracts related to the theatre’s ongoing activities. She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law in Sibiu, as well as a Master’s degree in Law, and has over five years of experience in contract management. Her work focuses on ensuring that contractual processes are carried out accurately and in accordance with institutional and legal requirements.
For the past three years, she has been part of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival team, where she is involved in the organisation of the Performing Arts Market (Bursa de Spectacole), coordinating the contracting process, online rights assignments, as well as agreements with selected critics and photographers. The contracting process for the Performing Arts Market is complex and detail-oriented, requiring careful coordination and attention to each stage of the procedure.
Through her work, she contributes to supporting the professional framework that enables collaborations and international cultural exchange within the festival’s network.
