Alicia Adams has been working in the field of arts management and international presenting for over three decades. At the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., she has curated and produced major global festivals showcasing artists from Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
Her most recent initiative, RiverRun, is a ten-year project exploring global culture and climate change through the lens of rivers and water. Launched in 2023, the festival will run through 2030, combining artistic vision with urgent environmental themes.
